Do you offer a wide range of pet products?
Yes, we thrive at providing range of best quality pet products starting from pet beds, pet bags, backpacks, trolleys, bowls, toys, leashes and many more. We believe in creating a healthy lifestyle for pets (Dogs & Cats for now) therefore, we find, make and deliver the products which not only promote well-being of your lovely pets but also add a touch of style and aesthetics to your homes.
How long will it take to get my package?
Our products are shipped from multiple warehouses through different carriers around US. Our delivery time ranges between 5-10 days depending on the locations.
What types of pets do you cater to?
We are a team of pet lovers who have a lot of cats and dogs around us which led us to bringing healthier lifestyle and needed products for cats and dogs for now. But as soon as we are around other pets, we might add other pet products for all the pet lovers out there.
Can I find both food and accessories for my pet at your store?
We are coming with range of pet accessories but currently we are not delivering pet food. But our experts' can suggest good brands and stores near you where you can get all kind of food for your pets.
Are your products suitable for specific breeds or sizes of pets?
Our products come in different sizes. Some of our products are approved for both cats and dogs and some are approved for only cats or only dogs. We have stamped each product specifying the suitability for either cats, dogs or both.
We have different sizes for almost every product. We recommend that you measure your pet size properly and cross check with our size guide for each product and then choose the products that fits your pet size and breed or contact our experts for guidance.
Are the pet products you sell of high quality?

Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs for frequent customers?
We celebrate our loyal customers. We offer range of discounts which are visible on our website. We also offer your pets' birthday month discount. Please subscribe to our email list to get regular updates on deals and benefits.
Can I order products online or do I have to visit the physical store?
We currently do not have any physical store but we look forward to having one soon.
Can I return or exchange products if they don't suit my pet's needs?
Yes, we have a 14 days refunds or exchange policy. Please read our Shipping & Refunds policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most of PayPal, Debit & Credit Cards. We also offer financing option with Shop Pay. You can pay in 4 easy interest free installments.
