Our free shipping policy guarantees swift processing, with most of the orders typically processed on same day, placed by 2pm local time or next day if placed after 2pm. Once processed, your order will be shipped, with shipping times ranging from 2-5 business days for delivery in Contiguous US depending your location. We use UPS, USPS and Fedex as our shipping partners. Once shipped, we will send you the tracking information through the provided email. Return Policy:
Our refund policy ensures hassle-free remorse returns within 60 days from the date of receipt, offering peace of mind to our valued customers.
Please note that the package and the product should be its original and unused condition.
The purchaser is responsible for the shipment of the product, and all associated shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed and credited to same payment method used for the original order, with no exceptions.

Defective Products or Wrong Items: If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, you are eligible for a refund. If you encounter a size issue, you can still request for exchange or return of your product by reaching us through our email. We respond within 12 hours to solve your queries.
Responsibility for Damage or Loss: Rest assured that if there is any damage or loss of goods during the shipping process caused by our fault, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we will either re-deliver the product to you or provide a refund, based on your preference.

Exchange Policy:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged, not fitting your requirements or pet's size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pawsiclawsi.com
Shipping/Return Cost:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 19034 S Vermont Ave Gardena, CA 90248, USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
